Berkeley Heat is taking the utmost precaution to prevent the spread of coronavirus in our community, so until further notice, we will be operating on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis for our showroom.
Please call or email us ahead of showing up, as we will only be allowing in one customer at a time.
Installations will proceed as normal and sales will be fully operational over the phone. We will continue to answer email and voice messages as quickly as we can, but please be patient with us as we try to get back to everyone in a timely manner.
We ask that if your business can be handled over the phone (payments, scheduling, ordering and general questions) please call us rather than coming to the showroom.
We do not like to have to limit contact with our clients, but at this time we believe this is the right thing to do to keep people safe. Continue to check in online as our operating hours may update as the situation develops.

The National Fireplace Institute (NFI) is a national certification agency for the hearth industry. Berkeley Heat's installers have passed a rigorous examination covering fundamentals of proper hearth product installation earning a NFI Specialist Certification.
One of our fireplace installer is an expert stone mason. His unique skill is to install fireplaces in difficult-to-fit jobs needing extreme customization. No job is too difficult
for us - we can do it all!
